Job Description
 Develop schematic design and be responsible for entering it, Run Net, Design checklists, Researches and analyzes available specifications, tools and components related to product designs and test.
 Participate in feasibility, cost and reliability analyses of product proposals to influence decisions related to design tradeoffs and specifications.
 Works from preliminary schematics, part lists, and basic description of component function, configuration, and arrangement as defined by engineering specification
 Analyzes test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.
 Evaluates engineering test results for possible application to the development of other systems or uses.
 Follows development processes and manages project and product data as required for long-range customer and product support.
 Applies knowledge of design and engineering to recommend improvements to product and process
 Worked with High Speed design concepts
 Excellent hands on High Speed board debugging skills
 Experience with Power Supply designs and Debug
 Good knowledge of hardware debugging tools like DSO, Analysers, JTAG Emulators,etc
 Knowledge of Industry standards like PCI, PCI Express, DDR2/3, USB, SATA, PATA,JTAG, SPI, etc
 Experience with Intel/Cavium/PowerPC Architectures will be an advantage
 Experience with board/System level Design Validation and verification Tests
 Experience with Orcad schematics entry, SI tools,CPLD tools (Vhdl, verilog or ahdl)
 Knowledge in PCB design Concepts (eg.Cadence) CAD tools to interact with CAD teams
 Knowledge of DFM /DFT requirements
