Technical Lead (Server Technologies)
Position Type: Full-time

Experience: 3-5 years
Qualifications and Skills Required:
BTech/MTech in Computer Science or related field from a reputed university with good academic record
3+ years software product development experience in Java
Have a high level of design skills and a broad understanding of various technologies
Strong experience with frameworks like Hibernate, Spring and Struts Strong understanding of database design and SQL development Working knowledge of modern web technologies including cloud based APIs and protocols (SOAP, REST, JSON)
Strong experience in N-tier e-Business applications using J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, WebServices), HTML, AJAX, JavaScript and Oracle Strong understanding of MVC and Object Oriented development concepts
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, leadership, and problem solving skills
Disciplined self-starter, able to be highly productive both working alone and in close collaboration within a team
