Roles and Responsibilities
•    Candidate will work with Malaysia banking customer from client location
•    Candidate will design and deliver the complex framework components  for complex requirements using VB and QTP scripting
•    Candidate will lead functional automation testing team
•    Candidate reviews the technical deliverables and assure quality
•    Candidate will coach and mentor the team on design methodologies and best practices
•    Candidate will institutionalize and suggest best practices and be part of the continuous improvement
Mandatory Requirements
•    Experience working with customers  along with customers
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Experience in converting the business requirements into technical specifications and workflows
•    Should have B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree preferably with computer science back ground
•    7+ years hands on experience on automation script development & testing using QTP
•    Very good knowledge on automation frame work development and scripting using VB script / perl / Unix scripts
•    Should be highly quality focussed
•    Should have very good analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills
•    Should be good at collaboration and team work
•    Should have good knowledge on Core banking domain
