Requirements -
B.Tech. in Computer Science from any of the IITs / NITs.
5+ years of experience developing web applications
Atleast one year leading/mentoring a team of two or more developers
Experience working with object oriented systems
Preferable to have experience developing high-volume transactional systems, including sharding and caching strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience leveraging open source frameworks as part of building software solutions
